Do readers here get angry when lower courts ignore Supreme Court rulings. When judges habitually do that, it seems such judges should be removed from their positions.
I'd suggest being found guilty of doing that ignoring three times call for removal. Sometimes, ignoring the Supreme Court decisions two times may call for firings or impeachments when pursuing purely political results in their decisions. Seems an abuse that could be strengthened by some legislation. Also there should be similar, more strict enforcement of getting judges remanded/ removed from cases where they have conflict of interest. The case here of Little Sisters of the Poor is just one example of an abuse that should be corrected.
