Among those crimes are trafficking illegal aliens, trafficking undocumented children, transporting firearms & narcotics.  Also there's some evidence that Garcia participated in a murder.

Its no surprise that Chris Van Hollen has begun distancing himself from Garcia.  The MD senator is now saying its not about the man Garcia.  And the Dems will be trying to walk away from calling Garcia just an innocent Maryland man. 

Seems the long arm of the law will be aiming at yet another illegal immigrant responsible for his illicit activities.
