I can recall examples, from years ago, where entering the army was thought to be a way of resolving some young men's unemployment woes. Yet I can't recall any percentage, like you've mentioned.
But seems it's a reasonable idea that some percentage of job changing would be from natural turnover-- hence full employment. |
