I'd agree. And I'd suggest that folks are very unrealistic who assert that juries are never biased. Also bias has been seen in the judges. Appears far from rare these days. Definitely there's been some notable exceptions to real justice. Two opposing standards depending on politics. Blue states vs red states. Liberals vs conservatives.
