Today's headlines reported there's a letter sent to Biden, signed by 3,800 dealerships objecting to Biden's pushing of EV's. All 50 states and representing all major brands signed on. Maryland had 98 dealers signing.
Initial EV enthusiasm has quickly stalled -- despite deep price cuts, manufacturer incentives, and generous government tax rebates & subsidies. Electric vehicles are stacking up on dealer lots indicating lack of customer interest in buying. Dealers say some customers have even traded their EVs back in, complaining their driving range was reduced by towing a trailer or cold temperatures. Tires on an EV wear out much faster too & customers have complained. Quote: “Mr. President, it is time to tap the brakes on the unrealistic government electric vehicle mandate. Allow time for the battery technology to advance. Allow time to make EVs more affordable. Allow time to develop domestic sources for the minerals to make batteries,” the letter stated. Click Here |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: How very true. And apply that same word "catastrophe" to so many of the Dem's & Biden's policies. |
