This also reminds me of how Dr Michael Mann has been foot dragging & dodging in his court case with Mark Steyn.  That case has been dragging thru the courts for nine years now.  And the judge recently needed to threaten Mann to make him (physically) appear in court to address the case.

In a similar case in a Canadian court, Mann delayed so long producing the court ordered data, this led the court to decide the case against Mann.  And they ordered him to pay his opponent's court & attorney fees.  That case was Dr Mann vs Canadian professor, Tim Ball, an outspoken climate skeptic   Click Here
