MY COMMENT- Those level A injuries can likely lead to deaths. Land animals obtain their food mostly by sight and smell. Sea animals like whales, dolphins, etc.rely mostly on hearing and the wind project's pile driving can produce deafness and then followed by malnutrition & death.

YES What an incredible request by US Wind.   And multiply those injuries to sea creatures by about a dozen more offshore wind projects -- becomes an atrocious potential killing of sea life. 

Sounds like a SLAUGHTER house off the US east coast!!
