It describes how some wind farm construction in the Baltic and North seas may begin using a bubble wall technique to help buffer the porpoises hearing.

Yet there's the irony that for years the pubic was being told by govt officials that the windmill pile driving was safe for those porpoises, dolphins and whales.  So there's still the question of: How many porpoises, dolphins & whales were deafened and left to die wandering the ocean blindly before the bubblers began?  

I also saw a report that a Connecticut/ Massachusetts wind project has begun using a bubble technique.  Click Here   

 But I'm wondering why that this idea hasn't yet been mentioned for the Ocean City project (at least in reports I've seen)
