Most Dems ignore that all firearms need someone to pull the trigger. Quite often that's the criminal's trigger finger.. But some times its self defense, a gun held by a home owner, defending against a home invasion. Or other situations considered to be self-defensive.
If such guns are banned or restricted, the criminals will still be getting them. But the home owners right to bear arms will be restricted or denied. Thus worsening the danger to law abiding citizens. An example of weakening the 2nd amendment rights At least you've implied you're not OK with mass shooters. Good. Yet better results than Biden's gun control could be achieved by more law & order steps, against the criminals. Abolish liberal programs like -- defund the police, no cash bail for those arrested, turning them loose without prosecutions, look the other way, make excuses for criminals, etc. PS Have a nice time with your visiting family. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: You obviously have no "open mind" to what I have posted on those issues with documented evidence. You have chosen not to reply to what I posted, and then post your unsubstantiated opinion. For example, a shot (shockwave) from an AR15 does serious damage to organs within a few inches of the trajectory and the exit wound is huge. Search for photos of AR15 exit wounds. Why is the AR15 the weapon of choice of mass shooters? Maybe because it easily kills or maims? |
