No I've not personally heard those wind turbines whining --just reports.  But the greenies chose to be blind to stuff that doesn't match their planning for CONTROL, for RULING over others.  Authoritarianism is their objective.  Denials regarding the dead whales Are they eating bugs??-- NOT A CHANCE --  RULES FOR THEE BUT NOT FOR ME.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Have you ever heard the intense whining sound that comes out the turbines. Google it, people that live by them hate them. No doubt the sound could interfere and and be harmful to the whales.
