Here's a story AGAIN showing how govt's and politics are so heavily involved in the COVID stuff.
Report titled: Doctor Who Discovered Omicron Variant Says She Was Pressured to Not Reveal it Was Mild ---- "I declined." Quote: For weeks Dr. Coetzee tried to reassure the world that the [Omicron] strain was mild, did not cause a significant leap in deaths, and could actually end up being a good thing by providing natural immunity. The doctor was largely ignored, with European governments imposing harsher lockdown restrictions across the board and exploiting fears to push for mandatory vaccine laws. [underline added] Meanwhile, Fauci was playing his own Omicron games, saying: “The things that we don’t know right now are whether the people who do get infected have a severer form of the disease or whether it’s a light disease or somewhat the same as Delta.“ Yet many citizens are quite aware they need to check independent sources, beyond the govt & mass media versions of what's going on. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: In the news today -- A review by Johns Hopkins is critical of COVID lockdowns. Saying they've produced very little benefits against Covid. Reductions in deaths has been under 1 % --estimated at 0.2%. Click Here Quote: "meta-analysis concluded that lockdowns across the US and Europe had only “reduced COVID-19 mortality by 0.2% on average. . . some of the studies even suggested that limiting gatherings in safe outdoor spots may have been “counterproductive and increased” the death rate, the authors noted.” In summarizing, they've said: "a standard benefit-cost calculation leads to a strong conclusion: lockdowns should be rejected out of hand as a pandemic policy instrument,” the authors said of the “ill-founded” measures."
