Among recent reports, I'm now seeing where Occidental Petroleum has been critical of Biden, -- saying -- if you want results ask the US energy producers to increase production. Also, the America Petroleum Institute has highlighted the problems.
OPEC has mostly thumbed their nose at Biden asking them. And Russia has been known to limit their deliveries of natural gas to Europe, as a political tool. Seems that Biden looks rather foolish on the world stage, considering the US was formerly a leading oil producer but his own govt policies have changed that. Report tiled: OPEC Says To Biden: If You Want More Oil, Pump It Yourself Click Here Another report: U.S. shale has a message for the Biden administration: Ask us to increase oil production, not OPEC Click Here Besides impacting US citizens, the Biden administration’s refusal to increase oil and gas output also puts Europe in a difficult situation, and also increases Russia's influence. As oil prices rise rise, this may cause a global economic slowdown. Now OPEC is making big bucks, also Russia is -- thus, changing the whole political dynamic across the globe. Do you think the administration realizes the US weakening on the global level that's occurring ?? |
