Was that Kabul plane also a C130 or a C5 ?  Of what vintage?  Still doing a job !

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It’s Saigon redux. I had a nav friend who was in the seat on one of the last missions out. He said that his C130 had over 190 civilians onboard as they took off. He had three Viet kids in his lap on takeoff. I feel for the aircrew having to taxi out under those circumstances. You know you have a block time but you have human beings hanging on the aircraft
