This scenario is obviously speaking of a criminal of color….  I believe you and Jim are in the wrong here First- not reading my post correctly … And a second- For not taking into account the criminal could have been one of a different race that was not black (and obviously not white as I said)…  Why would the criminal have to be black? You are so wrong.
