Sounds like a couple of dumb ideas.  Typical of the libs.  Fake/false ideas, dumb ideas, unworkable ideas.  Recall the Jim Carrey movie "Dumb & Dumber"  2 min trailer

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Did you see where scientists want to reengineer people, and make them smaller to save the world ? A car manufacture claiming by using electric cars you wont have the problems that are associated with hacking of gas cos, and their ability to move fuel.
