Pompeo's State Dept had found evidence of WUHAN lab's involvement, announced back in January, before the inauguration. But Biden shut down those inquiries.
Here's quotes from a January 18, 2021 news report: "The U.S. State Department has reported that it has new information indicating the pathogen behind the COVID-19 pandemic could have emerged from a Chinese laboratory in Wuhan. Specifically, the U.S. said it had obtained new evidence that researchers at the Wuhan Institute of Virology became sick in the fall of 2019, before the first identified case of the outbreak in the surrounding city, with symptoms it said were consistent with either COVID-19 or common seasonal illnesses. U.S. Secretary of State Mike Pompeo said a statement that this contradicted reports that none of the staff at the institute had contracted COVID-19 or related viruses . . . " Click Here So there was an investigation progressing under Trump's tenure. Despite Biden's ignoring that, until a couple days ago, when some in the main stream media began raising questions. Under Biden any criticism of China is likely to be weak kneed or non-existent, even if China turns out to be culpable in a wider investigation. Most folks recall the story of how a whistle-blowing Dr. Li Wenliang was arrested and silenced by the Chinese police, in the early days of COVID. Quote from report: "But four days after his warning he was called to a police station to sign a letter in which he was accused of “making false comments” that had “severely disturbed the social order”. Weeks later this Dr. died from Covid, while being treated in a hospital. Click Here Also recall the woman scientist who appeared on the Tucker show, who fled China, and is leveling accusations about that WUHAN lab. That scientist, Dr Li Meng Yan, also appeared on the Bill Hemmer show. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: It's a shame that the Trump administration didn't initiate the investigation of the Wuhan virus. As usual, Trump's short attention span prevailed. |
