Hi Kyra,
Sorry have been absent. I had hoped to be all better by now with my cough but ended up going to Urgent Care a week ago this past Monday and was diagnosed with bronchitis's. I don’t think I ever really kicked it from the first time early this year due to the cough. I was off that Monday, Tuesday and got sent home Wed by our deputy director. He said y don’t look good, go home so I did and slept. Feeling better so hope it continues. Damon’s been having a lot of pain issues and had a radio ablation yesterday on his neck which I hope gives him some relief. How are the can bugs coming along? I bet they are cute. Patricia does enjoy crafting like you do and I remember the ornaments she made for the ornament exchanges we did. Hope that new generator will do the job for you when you lose power. We should think about getting one after what happened last year. We’ve had two fires over in th neighboring city of Lakeside yesterday and today. Neither are contained but the have been stopped moving for now. Hopefully nothing will happen. Need to head to be. Thank goodness it’s Friday. I’ll post more later. Oh btw Brian Leon’s fourth book is coming out on July 28th. He’s working on number five. Have a good weekend, love you friend! Colleen |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Sorry to hear you've been sick. Patricia, Rebecca, and I are doing great. Lexi ended up with a ear infection the first of last week and Katie ended up in the ER twice the day after Lexi got sick. She missed 4 days of work. They think it may be her gallbladder. Jackies knee is getting better. Right now she is working from home for 4 hours a day. The court house is closed for renovations. Last week we got 11 inches of rain. The schools were closed for 3 days because of flooding. Yes our basement did flood again. But at least we had power. I did go and buy us a generator incase we lose power and we need to pump out the basement. I got one with and electric start. It was $1099 but I got it for $350 off. That yarn I sent you from Hershners was all $1 a skien back when Katie and i were doing all those scarves. Hershners has a lot of good deals. I've been 3d printing some drawers to put under my craft table to keep my tools in. So far I have two done. Patricia just painting three owls I printed out for her. They are so cute. I've also been cutting up aluminum cans. So far I've made two ants and a butterfly from the pieces I've cut so far. If made a nice holder that lets me cute both ends off the cans the I just have to cut them in half. I had to get Patricia a new computer last month. I know your enjoying your new iPad. Eva's echo is working just fine. I had to call her on it the other day to make sure she was dressed and ready to meet at the door so I take her to her dental appointed. Katie being out 4 days didn't want to lose any more work. Love You Bye Kyra |
