Photo From: RuthMacGregor - Album: Spinning and Weaving

Description: This scarf is made of experimental yarns -- mostly blending experiments: wool and silk, wool and Ingeo, wool and thrums, two wools and silk. It was knitted in the "Purl Ridge" pattern from Cat Bordhi's book "A Treasury of Magical Knitting". This pattern is very easy: just knit a few rounds, then purl the same number of rounds, over and over. This is a Moebius shape. The cast-on is in the center of the scarf (the wider, mousey-brown stripe). What a great way to use up experimental yarns! :-) Uploaded: 7/21/2005 by RuthMacGregor
