That "average" American the letter writer's self selected description. Such letter would appeal to ardent Trump fans, parallel with the writers thinking.
Polling before the Capitol protest indicated that around half or more of Repubs supported the idea of Trump contesting election results in those swing states. But these opinions likely have declined. I've not yet seen any updates. The Trump fans now seem a dwindling group & will likely be off the radar for a while. |
