Folks may recall that Governor Hogan purchased a half million Covid tests from South Korea earlier this year. We're now hearing reports that those tests were flawed and not used in Md. Seems that the governor has been covering this up for a while, after spending $9.46 million for those faulty kits.
These sources were also critical that Hogan authorized $2.5 million for 500,000 replacement tests from the same company after the faulty tests were found. Click Here Click Here Check these sources to see tweets with Hogan boasting how he was protecting Marylanders with his teams efforts to quickly get those tests. This turned out to be false boasting and wasteful spending, & kept hush hush for quite a while. U.S. manufacturers were offering them for 20%-30% less. You'll also see some Trump tweets, when learning about these facts. Not very favorable comments towards Hogan. |
