Lets not try to rewrite history. Even before all the behind the scenes, dirty tricks against Trump, General Flynn and others came to light in recent years, there were noticeable problems in Obama's transition to Trump.

Obama called trump on November 9, and met with him the next day. There's plenty more in the above article.
