An interesting distinction you've outlined.  Looking into the possible motives for committing the abuses.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I am already disappointed Biden won. But ‘no fraud CHANGING ANY RESULT will be found’ . This statement is probably true. The fraud they do find will most likely not change the results of Biden as President. However it could possibly prove enourmous fraud against the election of Trump.
