It seems each of us are promoting and defending positions that are 100% defensible. The back and forth could go on ad infinitum. I suspect this sort of thing is going on throughout the country: 75-million people on one side of the issue and 73-million on the other. That's 148-milllion folks steadfast in their beliefs. Oy vey! For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Many of us here have already said that Prez T may or may not win. I'm among them. Despite that outcome, there's keen interest in taking steps to clean up the many voting abuses occurring this year. An issue that keeps some of going at it -- watching developments -- and supporting those important steps to get out as many facts as possible of those abuses. And some Dems here have also supported the idea of cleaning up elections. Common ground. I welcome that view. And this has also occurred at the national level. Recall the voting system gripes put into writing by Eliz Warren, Amy Klobuchar and Ron Wyden about a year ago.. A step towards some bipartisan recognition of these election problems. Interesting developments. |
