Have you taken note of the wide variety of kinds of cases depending upon the "due process" clauses of the constitution.
Here's MY example of a 'due process/equal protection' case that should be brought and, to date, no one seems to be pressing it; perhaps with good reason: Its apparent that a hand-full of states with left-leaning administrations, and like-minded judiciaries, have retooled their general election machinery to benefit a candidate they prefer. I'm surprised that the election officials of the various states in the South and Mi-West haven't joined forces and cobbled together an equal protection/due process petition citing actions taken by the offending states; actions designed to reduce the positive impact the electoral votes of South and Mid-West states would have for the candidate they disfavor. I may have been a bit clumsy above, but you should be able to get the idea of what I'm driving at. |
