Here's a video of the Pennsylvania State Senator Doug Mastriano. This former army Colonel is expressing his passionate views, at the conclusion of the Gettysburg Penna Senate hearing. Its an impressive speech showing he's a strong advocate of getting this voter fraud weeded out.

He also cites an earlier case, a judicial precedent for overturning a fraudulent election.  That was the Marks vs Stinson case, 1994,  Harrisburg, Pa, where a federal court disallowed illegal absentee ballots, and gave effect to votes cast by the voting machines.  The result was decertification of candidate William Stinson and the certification of Marks by disallowing illegal absentee ballots.
