Here's some additional irregularities regarding "ballot drops."  Its when quantities of ballots from dubious sources were brought to the counting rooms.

There's a story about Wisconsin and Michigan ballot drops of 300,000 ballots.  President Trump was apparently right last night, predicting this during his speech at 3:15am Eastern. He warned against 4am ballot drops and sure enough, that’s what happened, about an hour after his speech.

Another story covers suspicious vehicles having license plates outside of Michigan state, but dropping off ballots at a Michigan counting facility. And they've apparently got photos including those license plates. 

I'd call this potentially another way of illegally "stuffing the ballot boxes."   In criminal law the way to control this is termed -- authenticating the chain of custody.  Aye, there's the rub.
