Depends upon who is in the room doing the counting. is there any evidence that representatives of one party are being excluded from that particular counting room?

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So many election irregularities occurring its hard to mention all the varieity.  Here's an eye catcher --  Putting cardboard up on the ballot counting room windows.  Seems they're trying to hide the evidence of fraud and cheating that's occurring.  This is from Detroit, Michigan.
