Your family visiting sounds so great. Yet I'm glad you're also on line and we're hearing from you. And gee, you had to jump thru some hoops to travel there.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Still in Nashville! Saw presidential Air Force One the other night after debate... won’t be back until next week! Traveling during virus is challenging to say the least. My daughter in OP drove me 6/half hours and I was ‘traded off’ to Nashville daughter mid trip for another 6/ half hours! My kids (well- 5 adult children!) didn’t want me to go at all but it was the safest way. Other than bathrooms I was and have been isolated with family. 2 grandchildren here including infant I haven’t seen since 10 days old. Little did I know when planning summer( as I usually make rounds to 9 grandkids) that I wouldn’t see him until nearly his first birthday! Worth every minute... |
