I haven't heard of anyone around here sending theirs back.
Of course not. Why? Because in the end all the Republican nonsense about self-reliance is just that - nonsense, when it comes to money. As for a ridiculous comment someone made about Trump not vetoing the giveaway bill, it would not have mattered if he did veto it. Congress was hell-bent on a giveaway. We could argue whether or not the giveaway was warranted and beneficial (I am not interested) but it is quite obvious that loads and loads of Republicans received and kept the money even if their income was not impacted by the virus. I am among them. All that said, don't feed me baloney about how the money came from Trump. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I haven't heard of anyone around here sending theirs back. Although I have heard of some who gave theirs to charity. Honored the spirit of the program -- helping others. |
