There are several reasons why seniors are still protected by Medicaid -- so there's less basis to be unhappy.  

< The biggest group that will be dropped from Medicaid are illegal immigrants. Millions will be excluded.  Beside being non-citizens, a number of those are non-taxpayers.  Seems there's justification for such exclusions

< The age limit work requirements being proposed are 20 hrs/wk for coverage between age 19 to 55.   A bit under the senior's ages.

<  The Maryland Medicaid plan covers only folks under 65.  After that age, folks already must shift to other medical coverage, like Medicare, etc.  

We should not be taxed on Social Security benefits
