As president the plane becomes government property hence when he leaves office it stays on as Air Force One so that's a half a billion we don't need to spend down the road.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: No, it does not. The man is a billionaire. Presidential salary is chump change to him. He has now made several million by meeting with rich people at Mar-a-Lago. People are literally paying him seven figures just to speak to them, in order to curry favor and buy influence. And now a foreign nation is gifting him a plane worth half a billion dollars. Give me a break. If Biden did this, you would all be losing your minds. And you would be right. |
