| I do think that we need to deal with illegal immigrants and violent gang members. The way that this administration is trying to deal with the problem is brutal and intimidation. Street agents should have no right to decide who is guilty of the above. Our Constitution has provisions for due process. No person should be punished without the opportunity to defend him or herself. The Oklahoma incident was an extreme case. "Arresting" Garcia out of his car, in which he 5-year-old autist son riding is another extreme case. Can you imagine the trauma for that child? In another case of someone sent away was a man who was a professional soccer player / coach who had had a soccer ball tattoo that agents determined was a gang tattoo. We need to get back to strong law enforcement By the book. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: I read about this disaster and, for once, I agree with you. The agents should be arrested and prosecuted, to call this outrageous behavior is gross understatement! |
