For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: “Given your ability to predict the stock market, you should be very rich.” I’ve done really well. No one is more surprised by that than I am, incidentally. It was predictable because of both the historical precedent and the volatility of the current situation. Similar bounces occurred, as I mentioned, after the Black Monday crash in ‘87 and the dot-com fiasco. The visible and obvious chaos within the administration does not instill confidence in investor. The bounce evaporating makes complete sense. |
