I would consider this to be a positive move.  There is so much garbage on YouTube, Prage U is a very positive alternative.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Here's a favorable report, among so many recent concerns.  Oklahoma has decided to allow Prager U to be in their schools.   And this follows the same step adopted earlier this year in Florida.  PragerU offers  “a free alternative to the dominant left-wing ideology in culture, media, and education.” Click Here    Click Here
