The problem is that all those cases were not heard on their merits, but ruled on summary judgements. Seems there's a belief/theory, that only the Supreme court has the power to overcome national elections. Re Al Gore case. Big influence on the summary judgement issue.
And yet there's a belief that congress can vote to seat replacement electors and disqualify those chosen by states. Both sides have practiced this, but not very successfully. Md congressman Jamie Raskin argued for this on Jan 6th Then there's some Americans who believe--YES there was cheating but it would be too divisive to set aside any state's results. And since you are from PA, you're likely aware that your state was at the center of many cheating practices. Read some of the things that Doug Mastriano & his crew were discovering in those days. It ain't honest dealings. Seems there's millions believing the election wasn't honest. But many also believing we can't reverse it --can only try again at next election. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: One question, the results were challenged in numerous U.S. District courts, I think the total was 88 but that could be a low number? Not a SINGLE case was upheld by the court, not one, why is that? Does the Democratic machine control every U.S. District Court in America? If the answer is yes then I have got to tell you, they are awesome beyond belief! Truth is, Mr. Trump lost the election to Joe Biden and as hard to accept as that might be it's still a fact! I'm a lifelong Republican, a conservative and a Veteran so for me to admit Trump lost is saying something |
