Non-enforcement of Immigration laws --violates Article II, Section 3 of the Constitution -- "take Care that the Laws be faithfully executed” --.    Just about every American citizen is aware how Secretary Mayorkas and Biden are failing to "faithfully execute" the immigration laws.  Letting so may "illegals" in here, that their numbers are overwhelming the sanctuary cities, and border states.  Also, they're using up resources and funds intended to be helping needy Americans.  Its gotten to be Americans second and illegal immigrants first priority.

As of June 2023, its estimated there's about 16.8 million illegal aliens living in the US. (from Federation for American Immigration)  

And the administration has done a poor job of deporting drug pushers and those who have committed violent crimes, as required by the immigration laws.

And so the Biden violations of the constitution continue to pile up.   I'd say he clearly holds the record for the most violations.  Lets compare how Trump's being charged with 91 indicted counts, but Biden's illegal immigrants number in the millions. Quite lopsided.  Plus the other areas with violations mentioned earlier.
