As Mark said,Tom you are the man. The left are experts at spinning a false narrative. When the truth hurts them they create lies. Tell the same lie enough times idiots begin to believe it. It’s a crying shame how the left is destroying this country and democracy. And in their same breath they claim conservatives are killing democracy. Such unscrupulous dirtbags. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Professor Alan Dershowitz, a devoted Democrat, has again (without political bias) levied criticisms against Dems pursing Trump in the most recent case. Dershowitz cited its many legal flaws. For example, Dershowitz is critical of violations of the Constitution embedded in the case. And his analysis indicates that the prosecutor Jack Smith could be indicted under the same ancient law going back to the US civil war times, aimed at criminalizing the KKK activities of that era.. Watch (at least) thru the first 6 minutes of this video to hear the Dershowitz interesting legal analysis. Click Here “Under the terms of this indictment, Jack Smith can be indicted,” Dershowitz said on Fox News. Dershowitz pointes out that Jack Smith lied. In his indictment, he outlines the speech that Donald Trump made on January 6. It’s a very important part of the indictment. Smith deliberately, wilfully, and with malice leaves out the keywords! He doctors the speech!” He leaves out the part that Donald Trump said, "I want you to protest peacefully and patriotically.’ – Peacefully and patriotically". Those are the two words that bring Smith into conflict within the First Amendment! If you’re going to indict somebody for denying people their constitutional rights, don’t deny them their constitutional rights by indicting them for free speech. That’s how contorted & hypocritical this is. This is very dangerous indictment, dangerous to the First Amendment and also dangerous to the Sixth Amendment because it directly goes after Trump’s lawyers — names them as unindicted co-conspirators without giving their names. Sixth Amendment rights in criminal prosecutions include: right to a lawyer, right to an impartial jury, to confront & cross examine witness against him, to present witnesses in his favor, etc. Here's two reports about how Jack Smith could be indicted: Report titled: “Jack Smith Could be Indicted!” – Alan Dershowitz Responds to Latest Federal Charges Against Trump Click Here Another: Trump Indictment Could Come Back to Bite Jack Smith, Harvard Law Professor Says Click Here |
