For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: So now we learn that Hunter's defense attorneys were seeking to gain immunity for all prosecutions, -- a potentially constitutional violation. But the prosecutors were telling the judge that on-going investigations were planned or in progress. So Hunter's defense attorneys dropped the deal when they didn't get full immunity. What a raw attempt at avoiding justice. Flying in the face of law & order -- contrary to standard legal procedures, and potentially a constitutional violation. Also contrary to Joe Biden's often stated views of having strict enforcement of gun laws. One report called it: " . . . a dramatic about-face after his wrist-slap, probation-only plea deal fell apart Wednesday over his demand for blanket immunity from accountability for all criminal conduct — including alleged illegal foreign lobbying." (underline added) Click Here PS Wondering if defense attorney Kevin Morris, who was caught last week smoking a bong, was speaking clearly on Hunter's behalf at today's court hearing? Morris was caught in a photo smoking a bong while Hunter was paying him a visit.
