Thanks for the numbers, I speak only for myself but I'm fed up with the commercials and the products they are selling so I just don't buy them!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Actually, according to available Census material people identifying as being in a same sex relationship make up just under 2% of the population.  Couples identifying as being a a multi-racial relationship make up just over 6%.  So combined, these two groups care somewhere around 8%.  But these commercials you've bee bring up . . . . .media studies show that over 60% utilize gay and mixed couples.    Quite a disparity ... they're trying to push this stuff on the public as if were normal.
