My wife commented last evening about the ads and shows on TV these days.  She said did I ever dream nonsense like this would be on TV?  BTW, she used a word other than nonsense!

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: We were watching a Christmas movie last night--I know--I get dragged into it--and saw this ad: Hallmark has a brand new "romance" movie featuring TWO GUYS.  I am just not ready to watch that.  It doesn't entertain me in any way shape or form.
