The danger amounts to letting a popular app controlled by Tik Tok being able to regulate the flow of information getting out to the US public, thus tainting the election with unbalanced, misinformation being spread.  

And here's an interesting quote, appearing about 3/4 way thru the report -- "Shortly after taking office, President Joe Biden actually rescinded former President Donald Trump’s attempted ban on TikTok, despite his party’s incessant posturing about election integrity."

Who would guess that Biden is soft on another one of China's abuses, but that Trump was earlier corralling them in, clipping their wings.   An ironic joke.  Another Biden unamerican mistake, by old Joe. 

PS Seems that ByteDance, the parent company of Tik Tok, also deserves some scrutiny, and careful watching -- before they're also pulling some tricks on Joe Biden.
