We get so wrapped up in DC national politics we forget about local levels. But they are not at all independent from one another and we certainly do “build up” our national politics from the local… |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Has anyone glanced at the Maryland primary sample ballot? An amazing variety of candidates. For governor there's 10 Dems and 4 Repubs candidates. Wow And those same expansive varieties of candidates applies to several other offices, like senator.
