Putin is warning NATO:  Please understand; I have 'tactical' nukes at my disposal should NATO's degree of interference rise to an unacceptable level.  (paraphrasing)

Britain and France are 'nukies' as are India and Pakistan; [c]an't count on the latter two, but the former should give Putin, and his homies, pause, to think through the  consequences of escalating the 'Invasion of Ukraine' to a nuclear confrontation between Russia and Free-World Europe.  And, Oh BTW, there are those menacing and country-destroying 'MADE IN USA" subs in the neighborhood (as the crow/missile flies).
