Amazing how a single C-17 plane carried 800 People to safety from Kabul.  Whopping big mass of people.

Max payload ratings I read was 170,900 pounds. And 800 people at 200 lbs, each would be 160,000 lbs.  But I'm unsure if fuel weight is counted, plus crew, their supplies etc.  

Hats off to the US Air Force.      (But not to old Joe, who went back to vacationing at Camp David)
