On his large building projects, throughout his career, Trump himself was constantly on the ground, consulting with workers and the foremen. Many reports of how he would observe stuff that needed correcting/ improving. One example, famously, pointing upwards at a single window in a tall building under construction that needed fixing, had gone askew. Crew was amazed. That was the man himself. And many other on the ground tales, happened in the field. Hands on. Frequently.
Also. all the details worked out about the elaborate plans for distributing COVID test supplies and later vaccines around the country using military logistics. Call that the man plus his organization. And I've already cited the expediting vaccine development -- just months, instead of 3 to 5 yrs. Then there's the Stay-in-Mexico deal for housing migrants awaiting amnesty trials. Excellent thinking & concept. Also selling the idea to Mexican authorities. Then there was the policy which resulted in calming things down with the N. Korean leader. Plain to see that Prez T's administration got things done very well. Thus there's plenty of reasons to give credence to sources saying Trump's withdrawal plans were not followed. Also plenty examples of Biden botching Prez T's other kinds of plans. Ask the Texans suffering the aliens influx which Administration they preferred.. You can [luke warmly] defend Biden's Afghan debacle by aiming at Trump if you wish, but I'd suggest Joe's performances have been miserable, on so many issues. Its the key takeaway. Also, Percentages are leaning towards many more Joe failures. PS A judge recently ordered the Biden administration to resume stay in Mexico. Lets see if they fight resuming this step which was effective, appeal the case, and continue their failed policies. |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: "Prez T was known to sweat the details"??? That is one of the most absurd descriptions of Trump I've ever heard. Can you give me a source for that outside of family members and fellow travelers like Stone? I can give you quotes from several people who have done business with him that are the polar opposite. His biggest problem in his business dealings were to jump first; ask questions later...if ever. "Sources are reporting Trumps plans were indeed ignored." Well that seals the argument. I concede. And BY The Way: No need to enumerate Biden's tragic errors in this withdrawal. They are epic and disgraceful. |
