The state of N.Y , N.J. are pretty much lost until they get some Govt control back in place. The city of Philadelphia another lost cause.  I don't know how these people get elected to run our city's and states. The dumbest come out of the woodwork and are elected.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: New Jersey . . . What a terrible Governor they elected. Don't forget about NY state & NYC.  Peas in same pod
