| Afraid of what, pray tell ? What fearless leaders we have, embarrassing. Monument should have never been allowed to be put up. What message does this send to kids ? A bunch of people screaming and looting, demanding this and that, tired of it. We put people in positions of power to do what is right for this country, putting a monument up in honor of George Floyd isn't one of them. | ||||||

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jack You likely already know how conservatives like me react to the George Floyd statue. YET-- Seems that NJ officials have been influenced by the fears of mob's reactions. Walking on eggshells, signs of the times. In some jurisdictions it could be unwise to engage in these kinds of debates, signs of the times. |
