Must be in state but could have been moved to the other side of the state. Problem then would be they might not have gotten a "clean sweep" on the charges and if that happened Minnesota would now be on fire! I heard the jury members were scared to death if they voted any other way than guilty across the board their names would have gotten out and their lives wouldn't be worth a plug Nickle!
Be interesting to see what happens on appeal? |

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: Jury should have been sequestered, I don't know why it wasn't. Everyone knew what the out come was going to be before trial even started. Why wasn't trial moved to another state ? |
