Like I've said before, why can't they have cameras like casinos do?  TRY making the wrong move there and see what happens.

For reference, the above message is a reply to a message where: If drop boxes are continued they need to be indoors.  And in places that are locked down during the wee hours.  And controlled by hidden cameras.  Also the couriers who transport them to counting centers need to be vetted.  Batch controls need to be exercised during their entire journey.  Etc, etc, etc.  Ask any of your banking associates who regularly deal with the Brinks or similar cashiering activities. They know all about batch controls
