So now there's again a two tier justice system at work. Dems think its wonderful to challenge certifying Trump's election victory 5 or 6 yrs ago in the 2016 election . . .BUT . . . its awful in the 2020 election for the same kinds of electoral challenges -- whether by John Eastman, or Rudy Giuliani or Prez T or many others.

And Congressman Jamie Raskin of Md. is one of the big two tier justice guys. He's even on the Jan6 [illegal] committee. He himself raised electoral challenges before, but is now persecuting others for doing the same things he did. Sounds like Phony Baloney. What a hypocrite !!
